“城市矿山”开发与污染控制团队

主要研究方向:

1)“城市矿山”(包括电子废弃物、废旧汽车等)的绿色拆解技术与成套装备的系统集成;

2)“城市矿山”深度、高附加值资源化技术与装备;

3)“城市矿山”处理与资源化过程的污染物防控与环境风险评价 ;

4)“城市矿山”处理与资源循环技术标准体系、信息管理系统 。

       团队已开发出具有自主知识产权的废弃电路板、半导体涉密载体、硒鼓、冰箱、电池、汽车电镀塑料等组合式破碎-多级分选-真空冶金分离等无污染、环境友好的回收技术和装备;发明了电子废弃物中含稀贵金属电子元器件的破碎解离、分选富集、绿色化学提取等高附加值资源化技术;并针对“城市矿山”处理与资源化过程的污染物进行防控与环境风险评价;通过建立“城市矿山”资源化技术标准体系与信息管理系统实现低碳、循环的经济发展模式。

        近年来,团队成员围绕电子废弃物资源化处理与资源化、污染防治等方面中的重要科学问题,共承担研究课题25项,其中包括国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家863计划课题、自然基金面上项目等,获教育部技术发明一等奖。全国百篇优秀博士论文提名奖1篇次,省部级优秀博士论文5篇次;校优异学士论文奖2篇次;申请发明专利30余项,授权13项。发表论文SCI收录80余篇,其中《Environment Science & Technology》(IF:5.330) 30篇,《Journal of Hazardous Materials》 (IF:4.529) 28篇。

Team of Development and Pollution Control for "Urban Mines" 

Main research areas:  

· Green dismantling and whole sets of equipment for recycling "Urban mines", which include waste electric and electronic equipment (WEEE) and waste automobile

· Deeply, high value-added reuse technology and equipment for "Urban mines"

· Pollution prevention and environmental risk assessment during the process of reusing "Urban mines"

·  Standards of recycling technology and information management system for "Urban mines"

The non-polluting, environmentally friendly technology and equipment with independent intellectual property rights have been developed by the research team. It can be used to recycling waste printed circuit boards, Semiconductor memory, toner cartridges, refrigerators, batteries, car plating plastics. Our patents are about the resources recycling technologies, such as multi-level scraping, rare metal separating, and green chemistry. We also focus on the research of pollution prevention and environmental risk assessment during the process of reusing "Urban mines". Meanwhile, the "urban mining" resource technology standard system and information management system are established to help China to achieve the low carbon cycle model of economic development.  

In past five years, the team’s research work about recycling technology and pollution prevention of WEEE disposal has earned 25 grants, which include 3 grants of National High Technology Research and Development Programs of China (863 program) and several grants of “National Natural Science Foundation Programs of China”,also won the first prize of the Ministry of Education for technological invention. The team has applied for 30 patents, 13 of which have been authorized, has published 80 papers in SCI, 30 papers in Environment Science & Technology (IF 5.330) and 27 papers in Journal of Hazardous Materials (IF 4.529). One doctoral student was awarded “National Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award nomination”.
