上海交通大学环境科学与工程学院特聘教授,博士生导师,中国科学院“BR计划”入选者,国家杰出青年基金获得者,美国注册工程师(PE)。曾任中国科学院饮用水科学与技术重点实验室主任、环境水质学国家重点实验室主任、联合国环境署世界水质联盟(WWQA)技术指导委员会委员等,兼任国际水资源学会中国委员会理事、中国城镇供水排水协会理事、教育部高校环境科学与工程类专业指导委员会委员、中国环境科学学会水处理与回用专业委员会常务委员、中国城市科学研究会水环境与水生态分会委员、中华环保联合会水环境治理专业委员会委员、河流源头水生态保护江西省重点实验室学术委员会委员、《环境科学》期刊编委等。
长期从事水深度处理、消毒及输配研究,主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划、国家水专项、国际合作、中国科学院、地方与企业横向等40余个科研项目,发表SCI论文240余篇(其中环境领域TOP期刊ES&T/Lett.、Water Res.论文50余篇,WoS他引11000余次,H-index = 60)及中文核心期刊论文110余篇,入选Elsevier中国高被引学者,获授权发明专利20项,在水中新污染物控制、紫外/臭氧消毒与高级氧化、管网水质保障等方面取得系列创新性成果,多项成果获规模化工程应用。培养的多位博士生获国家青年QR计划、国家优秀青年基金、国家青年拔尖人才计划、中国科学院“BR计划”等资助。
