报告摘要:

    细菌抗生素耐药性对生态环境和人类健康造成了严峻挑战,自21世纪以来引发了全球的普遍关注。尤其在新冠疫情爆发后抗生素的大量使用更进一步加剧了细菌耐药性的发生、发展和传播。本讲座围绕耐药基因的来源、检测方法、传播、人体暴露途径和健康风险的科学前沿,结合罗义教授课题组多年来在这一领域的深耕,提出环境中生物病原体导致的人类健康风险的问题,强调了从事环境生物病原体跨学科研究的必要性,提出了该交叉学科领域存在的关键科学问题,期望为我国生物病原体的有效环境污染管控、保障人民生命健康的重大需求提供理论指导。


报告人简介:

    罗义,南京大学教授,获得国家杰出青年科学基金,第十三届“中国青年女科学家”奖,“国家生态环境保护领军人才”,天津市“中青年科技创新领军人才”,教育部“新世纪”优秀人才。获天津市“自然科学特等奖”(排名1),教育部自然科学一等奖(排名3),环境保护科学技术二等奖(排名1)。国家自然科学基金委地学部学科战略编写专家,国家自然科学基金委地学部会评专家,曾任“环境污染过程与基准”教育部重点实验室主任。担任国际期刊 PLoS One编委、《生态毒理学报》编委、中国自然资源学会理事、中国自然资源学会资源循环利用专业委员会副主任兼秘书长。一直活跃在环境细菌耐药研究领域,带领团队历经十余年持续研究,研究成果在本领域产生重要国内外影响,对遏制日益严峻的细菌耐药的传播提供了量化研究新方法和科学依据。发表论文150余篇,多篇论文发表在自然子刊ISME J和领域最具影响力期刊 Environ.Sci.Technol., Water Res上,多篇论文获 Environ.Sci.Technol Lett年度最佳论文和 Environ.Sci.Technol期刊封面论文,多篇论文入选生态环境领域“ESI高被引论文”,被Nature, Science等国际顶级期刊引用7000余次,单篇最高引用逾650次。

Yi Luo, Professor, Nanjing University. Funded by the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. She has been awarded the 13th “Chinese young women scientist award”, “Leading Talent of National Ecological and Environmental Protection”, “Tianjin Young and Middle-aged Leading Talents in Science and Technology Innovation” and “Outstanding Salents in the New Century by the Ministry of Education”. She received the “Special Prize of Tianjin Natural Science” (ranked 1st), “The first prize of natural science of Ministry of Education” (ranked 3rd) and “The second prize of science and technology for environmental protection” (ranked 1st). She is the expert editing the discipline development strategy and evaluating the grant application for geoscience division of National Natural Science Foundation of China; and she was the chair of “Environmental pollution process and criteria” the key laboratory of the ministry of education. She is also the editorial board member of “PLoS One” and “Asian Journal of Ecotoxicology” (Chinese journal), the member of China Society of Natural Resources and the secretary general and vice director of the Resource Recycling Committee of China Society of Natural Resources. Prof. Yi Luo has been actively working in the field of environmental bacterial resistance over 10 years, leading her research group. Her research has provided new quantitative methods and scientific basis for tackling the dissemination of antibiotic resistance, which has extraordinary influence internationally. She has over 150 peer-reviewed publications, with many published with ISME Journal, Environ Sci Technol and Water Res. A number of her publications won the best contributed paper of Environ Sci Technol Lett, were selected as the cover paper by Environ Sci Technol or the ESI highly-cited papers in the field of eco-environmental science. The total citation was over 7000, with the highest citation exceeding 650 for a single paper.
