报告摘要:
“暴露组学”作为一项新兴的多组学研究范畴,受到学术界的广泛关注,但目前在概念本身、研究方法、研究设计、数据分析等方面都处于初期阶段,仍存在诸多值得探索的问题。方明亮教授将围绕课题组近期工作成果,重点介绍暴露组学方法平台开发系列工作,具体内容包括:(1)人类暴露体和代谢物数据库(HExpMetDB):通过文本挖掘、数据库融合、计算毒理学等方法建立丰富的人类暴露体数据库;(2)暴露组学分析方法(包括CIL-EXPOSOME):一种基于同位素标记尿生物标志物的暴露分析平台等;(3)近期与北京大学联合开发的暴露组学数据分析一站式平台ExposomeX:提供暴露组学数据库查询、统计学解释以及生物学解释等。
报告人简介:
方明亮,复旦大学环境科学与工程系教授,国家级人才计划获得者。目前实验室主要课题方向为暴露组学方法开发和应用、利用代谢组学等系统生物学方法研究污染物毒性机理等。研究成果以第一或通讯作者(含共同)发表在Nat Chem Biol、PNAS、Environ Health Perspect、Environ Sci Technol、Anal Chem、The Innovation等,共计90余篇。目前担任环境权威期刊Environmental Pollution副主编,兼任ACS ES&T Water、ESPI、Environ Int等6个杂志编委,被Gordon Research Conference等多个国际知名协会邀请报告。
Dr. Mingliang Fang is a professor in the Department of Environmental Science and Engineering, Fudan University. His recent research focuses on the development and application of exposome methods and the study of toxicological mechanism of pollutants by metabolomics and other systems biology approaches. Related research has been published as first or corresponding author (including co-author) in more than 90 articles in Nat Chem Biol, PNAS, Environ Health Perspect, Environ Sci Technol, Anal Chem, The Innovation. He is the associate editor of Environmental Pollution, a leading environmental journal, and the editorial board member of six journals, including ACS ES&T Water, ESPI, and Environ Int. He has also been invited to report by several well-known international associations such as Gordon Research Conference.
