报告摘要:

    大气新粒子形成和生长是影响地球辐射平衡的重要大气物理化学过程,典型城市大气环境里人为活动印迹增加了该过程的复杂性。通过发展科学仪器,在城市大气环境里开展长期外场观测,结合控制条件下的模拟实验研究,发展气溶胶动力学理论方法,量化高污染大气环境里新粒子成核速率和生长速率,探究参与该过程的组分、途径和贡献。


报告人简介:

    蒋靖坤教授现任清华大学环境学院副院长、环境模拟与污染控制国家重点联合实验室副主任。先后在清华大学环境科学与工程系获学士和硕士学位,圣路易斯华盛顿大学能源环境与化学工程系获博士学位,明尼苏达大学机械工程系从事博士后研究。主要从事气溶胶科学与技术和颗粒物复合污染成因研究。承担了基金委重大项目、优秀青年基金、重点研发计划、国家重大科研仪器设备研制等任务,主持建设北京怀柔科学城空地一体环境感知与智能响应交叉研究平台。参加了中国-世界卫生组织新冠病毒溯源联合研究。发表SCI论文190余篇,授权发明专利10余项。入选教育部长江学者特聘教授和中组部万人计划青年拔尖人才。获国际气溶胶领域Smoluchowski Award、Asian Young Aerosol Scientist Award、国家科技进步二等奖等奖项。任Aerosol Sci Technol副主编、ES&T Letters和Environ Res等期刊编委。获清华大学青年教师教学优秀奖,并多次获得清华大学年度教学优秀奖。

About the speaker

Professor Jingkun Jiang is the deputy dean of School of Environment, Tsinghua university and the deputy director of the State Key Joint Laboratory of Environment Simulation and Pollution Control. He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the Department of Environmental Science and Engineering at Tsinghua University, and obtained his PhD from the department of Energy, Environmental and Chemical Engineering at the University of Washington, Saint Louis. He worked as a postdoc in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.

Professor Jiang’s research focuses on aerosol science and technology, in particular the formation mechanism of particular pollutants in complex environments. He has undertaken the major program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars, the National Key Research and Development plan, the National Key Scientific Instrument and Equipment Development Project, and presided over the construction of a cross-research platform for environmental perception and intelligent response of Huairou Science City in Beijing. He participated in the China-WHO joint research on the origin of COVID 19. He has published more than 190 SCI papers and has more than 10 authorized invention patents. He is a Changjiang Distinguished Professor and has been selected as a top youth talent of the Ten Thousand Talents Program. He has received major awards such as the Smoluchowski Award、the Asian Young Aerosol Scientist Award and the National Prize for Progress in Science and Technology (second class). He is the editor of Aerosol Science and Technology and board members of ES&T Letters and Environ Res. He has won the Young Faculty Excellent Teaching Award and several Faculty Teaching Awards from Tsinghua University.
