- Organization of the Party Committee meetings and Party-Administration joint meetings of the School, and supervision over the implementation of resolutions;
- Development and administration of the School’s Party organization;
- Drafting of official documents, formulation and issuance of rules and regulations;
- Arrangement of thematic meetings and key events of the School;
- Management of finance, Party-mass archives, confidential documents and official printing services;
- Personnel administration and services, including retirement affairs;
- Administration and support services for the Postdoctoral Workstation;
- Publicity and related administrative management;
- Foreign affairs services and administration;
- Compilation of the School yearbook and statistical information management;
- Daily administration and coordination of the School administrative offices;
- Completion of other tasks assigned by School leaders and coordination with other departments.
1. Assume overall responsibility for all daily work of the Party and Administration Office.
2. Arrange Joint Party-Administration Meetings and supervise the follow-up implementation of meeting resolutions.
3. Take charge of drafting the College’s work plans, compiling work summaries, and organizing performance assessment.
4. Coordinate and organize major events of the College.
5. Lead the development and improvement of the College’s internal control systems.
6. Undertake other work assigned by the College leadership.
1. Be responsible for the formulation of college annual budgets and regulation & management of research and operational funds;
2. Undertake payroll calculation and salary disbursement for faculty and staff;
3. Conduct auditing and review of all financial reimbursement applications;
4. Administer training and routine management of full-time and part-time finance personnel;
5. Provide comprehensive administrative services for retired faculty and staff;
6. Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the college leadership.

3. Manage talent recruitment, introduction and full-spectrum personnel services for the college;

2. Assist with the development and daily administration of college Party organizations;
3. Compile college data and conduct comprehensive information statistics;
4. Conduct sorting, filing and archiving of all official administrative documents;
5. Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the college leadership.
1. Manage all international exchange affairs and related supporting services of the college;
2. Undertake daily secretariat work for the WFEO Committee on Engineering and the Environment (WFEO-CEE);
3. Assist with alumni liaison, alumni services and college fundraising initiatives;
4. Support the organization of major college conferences, campus events and external exchange activities;
5. Manage procurement, storage and distribution of administrative office supplies and college fixed assets;
6. Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the college leadership.
