The College attaches great importance to alumni work, regarding alumni as its most precious asset and solid support. Since its establishment, the College has cultivated more than 3,000 alumni, who are widely distributed in leading environmental enterprises, top research institutions, government environmental departments and grass-roots frontlines at home and abroad, becoming the backbone of China’s ecological civilization construction.
Focusing on alumni work, the College has built a four-in-one working system: guided by brand activities, supported by service and connection, nurtured by cultural inheritance, and empowered by collaborative education. With emotion as the bond and development as the goal, it continuously deepens alumni linkage.
It builds exchange platforms through brand activities such as the “Huanbao Future” Micro Lecture and industry forums; establishes regular contact mechanisms via alumni associations, local chapters and online communities; explores alumni stories in depth to tell the struggling stories of “Huanbao People”; and integrates alumni resources into talent training by setting up scholarships, building internship bases and appointing alumni mentors, forming a collaborative education pattern.
